Ronaldo is one of my idol of footballer. I adore Ronaldo since I was in 12
years old. I like his attitude. I like the way he control the ball. He never
give up on whatever he did even though he know that his father has pass away. He
has won the gold shoe because he had work really hard for his carrier until he
can become one of the best footballer in the world. He again justified the high
tab when he put together one of the club’s finest seasons in history. Ronaldo
keep stayed strong because his mother suffer from the breast cancer. Ronaldo
keep on staying strong when his mother has passed away in 2007.

How
to use honey on skin :
1. DIY Honey Mask :
The simplest way to use honey on the skin is to apply
a thin layer of it as a mask on your face. Raw honey works to unclog the skin
pores and at the same time moisturize the thirsty, dry skin. First wet your
skin a little bit, and then apply a thin layer of honey on the damp skin using
your fingers in circular motion. Let it sit on your skin for at least 30
minutes, and then gently wash it off with warm water. This DIY Honey face mask
will make your skin soft and radiant.
2. Honey
Spot Treatment :
Try treating irksome zits with honey. If you are
suffering from acne breakout, try to pacify it with honey instead of an
excessively drying over-the-counter acne cream. Apply it gently over the pesky
pimples on your face and let it sit on the spots overnight while you sleep. You
will find your skin less stressed in the morning. Its application diminishes
the blemishes as well. To give extra boost to your skin, use honey natural
cleanser made by mixing a little bit of tree oil and few drops of lavender oil
with the honey.
3. DIY
Honey Exfoliator :
Honey works as a natural exfoliator when mixed with
Baking Soda. Try this gentle scrub by mixing two parts honey with one part
baking soda. This works as an excellent exfoliator – whereas baking soda
exfoliates, the honey soothes and smooths the skin. Try this homemade honey
baking soda scrub once or twice a week. If you have time on weekends, you can
use this homemade honey scrub from head to toe – your arms, legs and feet.

benefits associated with it. It is well known as a useful treatment for kidney
stones, reducing strokes and lowering body temperature. As a refreshing drink,
lemonade helps you to stay calm and cool. The health benefits of lemons are due
to its many nourishing elements like vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin A, vitamin
E, folate, niacin thiamin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, copper, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, phosphorus and
protein. Lemon is a fruit that contains flavonoids, which are composites that

the American Urological Association highlight the fact that lemonade or lemon
juice can eliminate the occurrence of kidney stones by forming urinary citrate,
which prevents the formation of crystals. People use lemons to make lemonade by
mixing lemon juice and water. Many people also use lemon as a washing agent,
because of its ability to remove stains. The scent of lemon can also repel
mosquitoes, while drinking lemon juice with olive oil helps to get rid of gall

Bako National Park
A
National Park since 1957, Bako offers the perfect introduction to Sarawak’s
forests and wildlife. The park covers the northern tip of the Muara Tebas
peninsula, an area of 27 sq km. Despite its seemingly small size, Bako
contains a wide range of vegetation – swamp forest, scrub-like ‘padang’ vegetation,
mangrove forest, dipterocarp forest, delicate cliff vegetation and
more. In fact, at Bako it is possible to see almost every type of
vegetation found in Borneo. Bako also contains a rich variety of wildlife and a
coastline covered with small bays, coves and beaches. The park has a
number of well-marked trails offering interesting walks ranging from short
pleasant strolls to serious full-day hikes. Unlike some national parks,
visitors to Bako are almost guaranteed to see wildlife. Long-tailed
macaque monkeys and silver leaf monkeys are ever present, wild boar are often
found rummaging around the park HQ, squirrels and monitor lizards are also
common. There is every chance of seeing the rare and unusual proboscis monkeys
on trails such as Telok Paku and Telok Delima, particularly if you go late
afternoon. You are more likely to see wildlife if you quietly follow the
trails and keep listening. For example, you’ll probably hear the crash of
vegetation before you are able to locate a proboscis monkey high up in the
forest canopy.
Bako
also has some good white sand beaches that provide perfect resting spots in
between jungle treks. Telok Pandan Kecil is perhaps Bako’s best
beach. After an hour or so the Telok Pandan Kecil trail comes to a rocky
headland. The view down to a beautiful secluded bay, and the thought of a
swim in the cool waters, has a magical effect on tired calf muscles. The
following 20 minute descent suddenly becomes more enjoyable. All of the
beaches are bordered by limestone and sandstone cliffs, and the action of the
sea has left some remarkable rock formations, such as the famous Sea Stack.
